About Mignone Trenary

Presently serving as the president of the Orange County Chapter, Mignone has worked in the area of Parkinson’s disease for the past 15 years.  After obtaining a Masters Degree from the University of Montana, in Missoula, she entered the field of health care with an emphasis on program design and development.

In addition to volunteering for the Chapter, she is the Outreach Program Coordinator for the Parkinson’s Care Center based at Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian in Newport Beach. She is a past member of the board of directors for the Caregiver Resource Center, and served on the NPF national committee for caregivers.  Currently Mignone is also involved with the Health Care Council of Orange County.

Mignone has always felt very fortunate in her work, as this position has allowed her an expansive and interactive relationship with the many patients and families in the Parkinson’s community, as well as with the health care partners throughout Orange County.

Mignone enjoys the wonderful and lively company of her children and grandchildren who keep her vital, active and “on her toes”.  She loves the outdoors (especially when it is warm) and takes advantages of the many things that mother nature has to offer.
